I've always been an avid water drinker. I carry my cup with me everywhere and refill it often. Typically drink 100+oz/day, but my swelling, especially when traveling, was always an issue. I see my Dr regularly and my kidney fx is great, but I knew I was not hydrating well and couldn't just keep drinking more water. I have tried other hydration products, while they work okay, they are high in sugar or taste poorly. I decided to try Buoy after research and reading through reviews and it has helped significantly. I travel often for work and usually battle selling, not now. I will not say that I don't swell at all, but it's minimal if I do. I don't have cotton mouth and overall feel well... wake up not feeling overly tired. I will say though, there is a taste when you first use this in plain water. It's not completely tasteless as others say. But in coffee, tea, etc, you can't taste it at all. And over time, you don't notice it unless you use more than you normally would. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Buoy and have shared about my experience with my friends/family. If you are needing better hydration, which most of us do, I would highly recommend.

Drinking this with my meals has helped with digestion overall, and I have fewer weird digestion symptoms when I do. Love it

I really love this stuff, I talk about it constantly! The discount is such a sweet action. I add it to everything. I've become blind to it so I can add a short squeeze to a liter of tap water and not taste it, but feel the benefit. It's always in my purse and next to my chair at home. A must have.
