The product was great but I got charged twice within the Same Week and got sent two packages (which I didn't even know could happen). I wish I had known this was a possibility because I would have paid more attention or not used the subscription. It was pretty inconvenient to me. There was very little I could do return wise because of their policy. It was the first time I had ever bought anything but I couldn't use the first time return policy because their system ordered twice. Again the product was great, just wish the ordering system worked better for me, or I at least knew something like this could happen.
