Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
The time frame and cost for order delivery is divided into two parts and described below:
1) Processing time: This refers to order verification, quality check, and packaging.
2) Shipping time
- All orders placed before 8:00 AM CT (Monday - Friday) are processed and shipped out that same business day (due to circumstances out of our control, in rare cases these orders might be shipped out the following business day).
- All orders placed after 8:00 AM CT (Monday - Sunday) are processed and shipped out the following business day.
: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Domestic orders (within the US):
Shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on the size of the order and the destination location. All products are available to be shipped domestically.
- Standard Shipping: Free - $0.00. After processing time, items usually take between 3-4 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to carrier availability (95% within 7 days). A tracking number will be provided.
UPS 2 Day Express Shipping: $25.00. Available for eligible orders only. After processing time, items usually take 2 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. A tracking number will be provided.
Refunds and Subscription Account Management
We want you to love every squeeze - that's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If Buoy didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll refund your first order, minus shipping. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number within 30 days of product delivery to confirm your refund.
If you unluckily received damaged goods, we’ll gladly send out a replacement, free of charge. Send a picture of the damaged goods to email@example.com along with your name, order number, and address and we’ll have your new Buoy on its way in no time.
For recurring subscription orders, cancellation requests must be received prior to your recurring order being processed. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify or cancel the order (even before it physically ships). Depending on your notification settings, you will receive an email(s) or SMS(s) notification days in advance of your recurring order being processed to allow time to pause/modify/cancel an upcoming recurring order. Once a recurring order is processed, that order becomes ineligible for a refund.

- If you have an account with password:
- Click the "Account" icon in the top right corner of our website -> sign into your account -> click the "Manage Subscriptions" button under the "Account Details" section.
- If you never created an account with password / forgot your password:
- Click the "Account" icon in the top right corner of our website -> click the "Manage Subscriptions Without Password" button and follow the on-screen instructions.
- If you need additional help / if the self-service options above are not working:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address used to sign up for the subscription + your most recent order number.
