As a woman in menopause, Bouy is a blessing when dealing with hot flashes. I've been using the rescue drops on and off for the past few weeks. I can honestly tell the difference when I take them. The days I use the drops (2 squirts a day in my water) I feel great. It seems the times I wake up with a headache are getting fewer, which is such a relief. I've tried other electrolyte powders which are not the same quality. These drops are quick, easy and very portable....you could literally throw a bottle in your pocket and go. I will be ordering more soon.

So simple to add to my water or electrolyte drink. My salt level is so low and this is a healthier way to improve that. I also like the small container which is convenient for travel!
