This stuff is great!
I have been using the rainforest mist for a couple months now,. This past weekend, I went to a large convention. It was Friday, Saturday, Sunday. On Monday and Tuesday several of the attendees started complaining of what everyone is assuming to be "con crud" which is maybe not scientifically accurate but it's definitely a thing. People are complaining, mostly of sore throats, stuffiness, and fatigue. I can't 100% guarantee that my use of the rainforest mist kept me from coming down with the same crud, and I did also start using a nasal spray on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday because I knew I would be in crowds, but I can't help thinking that the rainforest mist is very likely part of why I'm not sick like so many of the other attendees.
