I initially got these hydration drops for my wife who has been battling cancer for several years and was always low her minerals on her monthly blood tests. Her numbers have been trending back into the acceptable ranges since she started using Buoy a few months back. It's true, you can add these to any drink and really don't taste them, and since they're liquid there is no residue left at the bottom of her glass or cup like powdered electrolytes.
