Do you forget to drink? If you do, this is for you. I work in a busy law office and often realize at about 3 pm that I've only been to the bathroom once all day and have had nothing to drink since my morning cuppa. Adding Bouy to my routine has not only increased my attention to drinking more but has also made what I do manage to drink more effective.
