Buoy Hydration drops help me to feel more hydrated. I am thankful that they don't have any additives or artificial sweeteners, flavors, or sugar alcohols in them...which I am allergic to and are very hard to find products without.

I bought BOUY to help with my hydration m. I have a history of kidney stones my doctor said I am not drinking enough water. I added BOUY to see if it would help . I feel better knowing I am helping my health. I suffer from stomach issues from the medication I take to deal with chronic fatigue and chronic pain. I also have cirrhosis of the liver due to diabetes. Just to share my experiences diabetes is the cause of my cirrhosis. My doctor said it is a silent killer. These are amazing! They have a mild aftertaste when used in water, but I love them in coffee and everything else. They were a lifesaver during a recent hiking trip, and even my mother found them helpful. As someone with a chronic illness, these are my go-to because so many electrolytes contain "junk" ingredients that cause flare-ups.

Sign me up! It is so hard to find just the electrolytes without sugar and without Stevia, etc. It doesn’t taste good and if that is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. This is salty and mineraly and IT WORKS! I during 16 oz. of water with a squirt in the morning and another 16 at night alongside regular water. The little bottles travel well also. I am definitely more hydrated, more regular and I feel better using the product. Wholeheartedly recommend
