Will I Taste Anything?
Buoy is purposefully unflavored, which means we do not hide behind the sweet and inflammatory ingredients like sugar, stevia, dextrose and "natural" flavors which most other electrolyte products include.

SUBTLE MINERAL TASTE
Electrolytes are salts, so on their own they taste very salty. Our competitors mask this saltiness by adding sugar, sweeteners, and "natural" flavors to their electrolytes. We spent 4 years in R&D figuring out how to deliver electrolytes with as neutral of a flavor profile as possible without adding those nasty ingredients. We achieved this goal, although there is still a very subtle mineral taste present because we do not use any sugar, sweeteners or flavors to cover it up. While many people don't notice a taste in most beverages, everyone's palette is different and so you may notice hints of a subtle mineral flavor.

A LITTLE GOES A LONG WAY
One serving is a quick squeeze into a full beverage. For those noticing a strong taste, you've likely squeezed too much into a single beverage or a half-full beverage.

How Long Until I See Results?

Are Your B Vitamins Methylated?
Methylation is typically in reference to Vitamins B9 and B12 because of cheap, widely used and non-absorbable forms these specific vitamins. These vitamins are not used in any Buoy products.

The B Vitamins used in Buoy typically do not come in a methylated form (there is a rare B6 form floating around but is not standard or widely used).

For the vitamins used, Buoy sources the cleanest, most absorbable forms of B1, B5, and B6. Methylation is typically a term used with B vitamins that aren't in Buoy.

Rescue Salt does not contain B Vitamins.

A Life Saver

Personally this salt truly saves me when I'm feeling terrible.

I've been using this and the drops for a couple months now.

I'm constantly dehydrated from medication and i'm always getting headaches because of it. I've started to take the salt straight when they start to come on and within minutes my headache starts to lessen. Of course i start to drink more water once i'm reminded i'm dehydrated from the headache lol, but the salt saves me some time and seems to get my body started on feeling better. I keep this with me in my bag everywhere along with the drops, i love this stuff!

New favorite product.

Buoy has become one of my most used health products. It really does make a difference and I can tell when I don't use it. The chronic illness discount helps keep Buoy in stock at home. Finally someone sheds light on chronic illness and how it can be expensive. I get dehydrated really easily. So keeping this in a monthly subscription is important. And Buoy helps you do that.

Two folks, multiple times a day

I initially got these hydration drops for my wife who has been battling cancer for several years and was always low her minerals on her monthly blood tests. Her numbers have been trending back into the acceptable ranges since she started using Buoy a few months back. It's true, you can add these to any drink and really don't taste them, and since they're liquid there is no residue left at the bottom of her glass or cup like powdered electrolytes. I'm actually using these several times a day now as well and will continue doing so. Great job Bouy team!
