My travel go to

I recent started taking Rescue drops with me while flying. I find that just a small amount used each time I fill up my water bottle encourages me to drink more water no matter where I go. I stay hydrated after a long flight and along my adventures. A few drops also balance out bitter coffee! It's in my bag and on the go.

Never looked back

I switched to Buoy after taking Gatorade or Liquid IV. I much prefer Buoy for the cost, ease, and lack of sugar. The rescue drops are my favorite but there are saltier than the others
