As a special needs teacher in the intense Arizona heat, every single thing I drink gets 2 drops of Rescue before I take a sip., from pelligrino to immunity shots. I’m 78 and thriving. My rescue salt sits on my nightstand and saves me at the first sign of cramping. I’m never without my Rescue drops , in my purse, at work, & in the car.

I had been struggling for some time and I started to realize I needed salt. Then I thought i should probably take an actual electrolyte blend so im fully covered. I wasnt a huge fan of the flavored powered ones so I tried this and I love it. I have been feeling much better lately putting this in my water!

I have pots mcas and other issues. These are convenient and easy to keep at hand. When im tired and worn out these rescue drops have been a real blessing, a simple squirt and ive got my electrolytes. They are concentrated so i can reach my goals more easily. I dont have to stir in packet after packet anymore. Squirt shake drink, easy. I will admit they don't taste great in plain water but not bad and thats usually how i take them. More importantly, they are safe for me and cause no reation with my mcas, only clean electrolytes. Also, the taste is easily masked in a flavored drink if I prefer or want a change.

I get frequent migraines and have tried so many things. I try to use the triptans sparingly so I don't experience rebound headaches. I bought these not thinking they would do much. I have been pleasantly surprised. If I take them right when I feel a migraine coming on, usually I can stop a full blown migraine.

I prefer the texture of regular salt but this still has good flavor:) its nice
