Love this stuff

I have long covid and need regular electros to feel well. I take it with me wherever I go and it’s just so easy to add a squirt or two to a drink or meal!

Essential for Function

Absolutely love how easy Buoy makes it for me to get enough salt and electrolytes day to day. I add to anything I am drinking (carefully with water or there is a slight aftertaste). I recommend it to anyone i know that needs routine easy hydration help or extra electrolytes.

Awesome for POTS

These are my favorite electrolytes to use on a daily basis for POTS & hEDS. I personally also personally the taste of these to their Hydration Drops, too.
