These are good if you are mixing them into fruit juice, but you absolutely get that vitamin aisle smell regardless. In water? Meh. The flavor+smell are a lot.
Since I don’t drink that much fruit juice, I far prefer the standard unflavored buoy for hydration and just taking vitamins on their own.
I love the premise for this. I’m a terrible hydrator. I used them in water and they turned the water a light night brown color and they smelled like a medicine cabinet for a second before I drank. They didn’t taste like anything until I had left the water sit for a while. I really want these to be a part of my routine but I don’t reach for them anymore. I did feel a little energy boost after taking them which is good and I may consider trying them again.
