I can’t speak to the immunity boost of these drops but they are definitely hydrating and taste so much better than the salty/weird aftertaste sweetness of so many of the electrolyte drinks I've tried in the past. They seem to keep me just as hydrated (if not more because I can actually drink them!). Thanks Buoy!

My 5 year old started school last week and immediately brought home a cold, ive been using these daily and even though I still caught his cold, it didnt hit me near as hard as it usually would. A+

Once you try this there is no going back. I use it for hydration on my face and when I need a quick freshen up on my breath. It is addictive
