I tried a sample pack that had these in it. And I take them when I feel like I need a little immune booster- the taste isn’t wonderful, but not terrible when added to tea.

Though I love all bouy products I do have to say this one adds the most flavor so far. It kinda tastes like a multivitamin. I can get past it but my teens are picky. I suggest putting it in orange juice or something with a stronger flavor.

By the end of the day my hands are red swollen and sore. After all the doctors there was only drug store topical treatments available, nothing worked. This spray is giving me my hands back. It's great for everything else as well but the relief I have found for my hands is incredible. I hope this company can maintain this level of product as it grows and becomes more popular, fingers crossed.
