These seem to help

I deal with a lot of brain fog, chronic pain, and nerve dysfunction. Some of this is related to gut issues so to have a supplement that I can easily add to beverages and protein shakes to help with fog, dizziness, and general malaise is just the best. Some have a kind of earthy taste that is better is stronger drinks but mostly I've grown to not care since I benefit so much from these little bottles. I have them stashed all over my house and in every vehicle and purse I could be in or use. If I'm feeling really awful, I will give myself a squirt right into the back of my mouth. This is not recommended at all unless you are desperate because it is quite concentrated and I doubt the creators would recommend this either but, when I'm at my lowest, this gets me going the fastest and I'm so grateful to not have to use pharmaceutical options.

I use this both in my mouth and on my face and I think it's really helping me stay well. I got sick so many times this spring and so far I have not been sick this fall! It's a great and easy thing to add to my wellness routine.
