Its supposed to be flavorless but it makes my water taste awful.
Since I’ve started taking hydration drops. I can feel the difference in exercising and walking. I get less tired better hydration . I can tell I’m not hydrated properly when my heart races. This has really helped me .
Thanks so much for producing these drops! I’m using both the Hydration Drops and the Rescue Drops, and finding the Rescue Drops are especially helpful. I’m somewhat immune-compromised and prone to dehydration, so I use a mixture of the Rescue and Hydration drops in every 32-oz water bottle, with a little lime juice and often a spritz of balsamic vinegar. This is keeping me going without any of the stevia- and sugar alcohol-related GI issues caused by all of the other hydration mixes I’ve tried.
