These drops make all the difference for me. I have CFS/ME, and staying hydrated is the difference between living my life, or completely crashing. These drops make it so much easier to accomplish that goal.

I started using Buoy hydration drops to replace another electrolyte packet. The taste is minimal and it really helps jumps start my hydration first thing in the morning.

an undersold feature of these drops is that you don't have to stir or shake them into your drink like you would powder electrolytes! that means less dishes and exertion on days when my chronic condition flares up. The original drops are my favorite, as the others have a more detectable flavor (I usually add them to plain water or unsweet herbal tea , but this isn't an issue if adding them to a stronger drink like black tea or coffee). during migraines and nausea, strong flavors can be overwhelming and prevent me from using other electrolyte packets, but buoy is very simple and unoffensive even on more sensitive days. I keep 1 bottle in my kitchen, another on my work desk, and a 3rd in my purse. as a bonus, they're more discreet than other electrolyte products. When I'm in public it just looks like I'm adding a fun flavor into my drink, which is convenient when I don't feel like explaining to coworkers or acquaintances why I'd need to be taking electrolytes during non-sporting outings.
