I love that this salt is actually helpful for the condition I have! (POTS) The small size is handy, and it actually works when used in moderation, combined with the sodium and hydration I add and use from the other Buoy products I get regularly! I honestly didn't think when I switched to Buoy for my electrolyte hydration needs, that it would work well enough to be effective AND without causing too much added sodium. Any other sodium products usually make me bloat up like a fish. I'm pleased to say that BUOY HYDRATION PRODUCTS DO NOT MAKE ME RETAIN FLUIDS, OR BLOAT. IT ACTUALLY WORKS! The salt used along with various other liquid hydration products from Buoy, is an effective combination for me that helps make a difference. And every little thing that can contribute to helping someone like me with chronic health problems, equals a HUGE WIN in my book! I am impressed. Thank you BUOY!

This is definitely salty! I have been dissolving on my tongue 😋 but I can say it has really helped when running or just needing a boost.

I was getting flavor fatigue from all the other hydration drink mixes that have the high sodium I need. The rescue salt has been a nice change and also an easy solution to getting more sodium daily.
