I was getting flavor fatigue from all the other hydration drink mixes that have the high sodium I need. The rescue salt has been a nice change and also an easy solution to getting more sodium daily.

I have antiphospholipid syndrome (a blood disorder) and POTS. My life before Buoy was very limited due to severe vertigo, heart palpitations and near fainting episodes. The rescue salt and hydration are the best electrolytes I have tried among many others. The digestive salts are unrivaled for my chronic digestive disorder. Haven't tried the nootropics yet and hope they are equal or better than the methylene blue supplement.
