Rescue Salt – Chronic Illness Discount

I have POTS (a form of dysautonomia) with various comorbidities and already use Buoy's hydration drops everywhere I can. This salt now allows me to add even more electrolytes throughout my day. I can add the salt to my breakfast and the drops to my coffee! The salt also helps if you're in a pinch and don't have a beverage hanging around. It's much nicer carrying a glass jar than salt packets for when I get lightheaded. Plus, it really does feel different than regular salt - like it dissolves quicker on your tongue, so you don't have to chew the gritty bits of normal salt. First of all shout out to Buoy for being an all around stand up company that gives me all the feels. Great customer service, branding, messaging, chronic illness support, inclusion etc... AND great products. I have I.C. and other chronic inflammatory disorders, staying hydrated is important and difficult. I first tried the Buoy hydration drops and LOVED the energy and uplifted mood, but I noticed my I.C. flaring up. I assumed it was due to the b vitamins since I've been sensitive to them in the past. So I reached out to Buoy explaining that I loved how the drops made me feel energy and mood wise, and did they have a product without the b vitamins. Of course, they had a solution - rescue salts! These are great because you can use them like table salt and add them to food and drinks! They only downside is they are tricky to dispense in a hurry. The best news is that I figured out the lowest effective dose of the hydration drops and I am now able to get the benefits of hydration, energy, elevated mood without any increased inflammation. After testing a retesting so many electrolytes I have learned that salt itself is an irritant to the gut when you're taking more than you need. I'm not running marathons or doing crossfit haha I only need 1 serving of Buoy per day and I am golden. Thanks again Buoy!

I’ve been doing triathlons for a few years and have started using electrolyte and salt tablets during training- started using LMNT months ago because I thought it was the saltiest best choice but then I FOUND BUOY! Night leg cramps are my issue. These salts, taken later in the day, give me night time relief from sleep disrupting cramps. The salt crystal form makes it easy to take in. I add it to my afternoon tea but also like to sprinkle it on bread and butter at dinner. Bravo Buoy!

I have hyponatremi, low blood sodium. The reason why is that I drink too much water. Because water is pretty much my only drink, I have to add salt to my water. The buoy rescue salt has literally rescued me. I felt a difference after only 2 days of using. And thus is so much easier and cheaper than all the electrolyte powders I have been purchasing. Now I use one product and I love it.
