Good but…

I’m in still in the beginning stages of my hydration journey and still figuring out how much sodium I need, but I’m starting to notice a little bit of a difference. I feel a bit more alert and it’s starting to help with my dizziness. My only complaint is it’s not truly flavorless. I’m hit with the saltiness (which is something I’m going to have to get used to) and then there’s an unpleasant aftertaste. I don’t notice the aftertaste much in flavored beverages so I’ll be using Buoy for that and something else for my water. Side note, my mom gifted me some emergency salt and it’s amazing! I just wish it was in a mini salt shaker where there’s a section to scoop it out if you still wanted to do that. It’d be much more sanitary.

Convenient

Love these, I have autonomic dysfunction and these are so helpful for controlling my symptoms. Love how easy they are to carry anywhere I go, in pocket or bag and I personally find the taste mild. Love the absence of sweeteners.

Best thing for my POTS

I have severe POTS and struggle with passing out. And I’be been using the Rescue Buoy drops for a couple months now, and it has significantly helped me manage my symptoms and avoid passing out. I am a very active person, and I lift at the gym, which can really trigger my symptoms but this has helped me soo so much!! Im crazy and literally drink these plain with water tbh LOL. I don’t mind the salty taste!I would highly recommend to anyone else struggling :)
