I have only just begun using the product so I can't speek to its effectiveness. The powder mixes well and doesn't clump especially when using their spin mug.

Love the results….AND

Every time I have tried this, I have slept like a ROCK. However, I can’t get over the texture and taste. I have tried mixing it with every drink possible, and I can’t make it palatable. But good god; it works for my sleep so well. Nothing I add to it will help me drink a full glass of it. I DESPERATELY want to drink a full glass because of the benefits, but I just can’t do it
