Not the best tasting supplement, and it definitely doesn’t dissolve well, no matter how much I stir, about half of it just stays suspended or clumpy. I usually end up mixing it into tea or coffee, or occasionally yogurt, but the earthy flavor can be hard to get past.
I’m not fully sure how effective it is yet. It’s sourced well and, in theory, should be a higher-quality option compared to more processed versions, so I’m giving it time to see if I notice any real benefits. I take it in the morning with breakfast
I’ve had a much clearer experience with Thorne’s magnesium glycinate in the past, it noticeably improved sleep and had a calming effect. This one hasn’t produced anything that obvious so far, but I’m still monitoring it.
On the plus side, the packaging is excellent: a well made glass jar and a nice serving spoon make it feel like a premium product. Time will tell whether the results match the presentation
