I am typically not one to do reviews. However, this product that showed up on my Facebook scroll two years ago has been a game changer! I’ve had migraines since I was a kid. I have tried every device, medication, meditation, you name it, and nothing has worked long-term. I started with the brain drops, then I went to the digestion drops because they work better than that powder stuff that you get over-the-counter. Then Buoy sent me a sample of the rainforest magnesium. It’s sad in the back of my drawer for a while before I needed something that my body would absorb to help with my headaches. I tried it, grit and all, and I finally felt better. Now that I’ve used it continually I notice my migraines are not as strong and my sleep is better. It does have a very earthy taste. That is actually naturally sweet. I have drank it hot with a hot chocolate packet and hot water. But my favorite is chocolate, protein powder, cold water, and the rainforest magnesium blended together. Also, their self stirring mug is stinking amazing! Best mug I have ever had! No, it is not cheap. But I do not regret a single dime that I have spent on their products. Also, when there was a shipping issue, their customer service was prompt in getting back to me and extremely kind and respectful!
