I can’t speak to the immunity boost of these drops but they are definitely hydrating and taste so much better than the salty/weird aftertaste sweetness of so many of the electrolyte drinks I've tried in the past. They seem to keep me just as hydrated (if not more because I can actually drink them!). Thanks Buoy!
