This is a lifesaver!

My travel go to

I recent started taking Rescue drops with me while flying. I find that just a small amount used each time I fill up my water bottle encourages me to drink more water no matter where I go. I stay hydrated after a long flight and along my adventures. A few drops also balance out bitter coffee! It's in my bag and on the go.

Actually work

I had doubts if these would actually be beneficial, and I think they really are! As a person with chronic illness who tends to not drink enough water, I realized when I consistently take these, I get less migraines. They also did seem to help relax my stomach a bit as well.
