I am still thinking of ways to use my rescue salt, and may use my next one as a gift to a family member who is generally what I consider a salt fiend, this way she'll get the other benefits than from table salt.
Personally I'm a big fan of the bouy hydration drops, I do wish the dosing was more uniform if I had to make a complaint, but I love using it in my water at work, and I especially love that it's an easy way to prep my hydration pack for hikes and festivals. I never wanted to increase risk of bacteria growth in my hydration bladder by introducing sugar, and also hated carrying around "hydration packs" that again contain tons of sugar, and instead I can squeeze 5or6 times into the bladder, and it's not enough that a festival will make me dump anything out, and I can also bring one along if I'm on an extended hike or trip pretty easily. I also like putting a little extra in drinks like coffee to help round out the flavor without having to mix in and dissolve a solid salt. Big fan and I have already recommended to a few friends.
I’m a first time buyer but I’ve been following the product for a while. Using electrolyte additives in my day to day has drastically improved my quality of life when it comes to fatigue, dizziness, GI issues, etc. but it’s a hassle to consume enough carrier liquid for all of the other powders and mixes alongside regular food when my nausea and tummy are acting up.
That’s where the Rescue Salts come in. I love that I can have a plain sparkling water with a splash of citrus to help my food go down and just add the salts to my food instead, no matter the portion size! It’s actually delicious too, fine and quick to dissolve almost like popcorn salt that tastes like sea salt.

I have POTS (a form of dysautonomia) with various comorbidities and already use Buoy's hydration drops everywhere I can. This salt now allows me to add even more electrolytes throughout my day. I can add the salt to my breakfast and the drops to my coffee! The salt also helps if you're in a pinch and don't have a beverage hanging around. It's much nicer carrying a glass jar than salt packets for when I get lightheaded. Plus, it really does feel different than regular salt - like it dissolves quicker on your tongue, so you don't have to chew the gritty bits of normal salt. Give it a try, I doubt you'll be disappointed and it could be a total game changer!

Night leg cramps are my issue. These salts, taken later in the day, give me night time relief from sleep disrupting cramps. The salt crystal form makes it easy to take in. I add it to my afternoon tea but also like to sprinkle it on bread and butter at dinner. Bravo Buoy!
