I’ve used this magnesium powder the last two days and I definitely need to explore more on the most tolerable way to take it. The first morning I mixed it in my morning green tea and it was awful. Today I put it in a giant glass jar so I could continually shake it… Buoy says some plant fiber might not dissolve, but honestly I don’t know if any of it actually does dissolve. Mixing it in water is like drinking grass clippings straight from the yard. I plan to try it in a smoothie next, since I bought a 3-bag pack so I need to figure out a way to ingest it! I have PCOS and Hashimoto’s and magnesium is so important for my wellbeing, so I really want this “whole food” version to work. But as someone with sensory processing issues, mixing it in water and drinking is not tolerable.
