We use the hydration drops, rescue drops, and I use the rescue salts daily. My husband enjoys the hydration drops in his iced tea, I drink the rescue drops to manage my POTS symptoms, and my kiddos get hydration drops in their water bottles daily. Concentrated drops are my go to. Ive been drinking bouy products for 3 years and I can't go a day without it. I also keep the rescue salts in my purse and the console of my car. I have POTS and put 5-7 squirts in my 30 oz yeti bottle with a splash of lemonade daily. It's a night and day difference. My husband drinks the regular strength daily before bed! I also put regular hydration drops in my kiddos water bottles for school. Thank you Bouy for making a quality product that truly is bioavailable, unflavored, and genuinely helps the whole family.

I love that i can add this to ANYTHING, to get a boost of electrolytes. I really dont like flavored drinks. Im set in my ways. Morning coffee/tea, and water throughout the day. So the fact that I can add this to my coffee, tea, water, wine, mix drinks, honestly anything, without changing the taste but getting that boost of electroyles really hits the mark for me.
