Started with using the digestion drops and decided to try the Hydration Drops during my workouts. I’ve noticed I don’t get so thirsty and it seems my body recovers faster. Excellent add to my workouts.

I recommend Buoy to all of my friends and sometimes anyone I overhear talking about trying to find an electrolyte source. I struggle to drink water (neurodivergent and chronically ill) but Buoy being ‘flavorless’ allows me to add it to beverages I prefer and somehow that encourages me to actually drink water more often. Because I’m typically so dehydrated, using Buoy has absolutely turned that around and even on weeks when I reach for juice more, I still notice an active improvement in how my body feels. 10000/10 recommend!

As a chronic illness sufferer, I’m very impressed by Buoy’s discount program and efforts to raise visibility for conditions such as migraine, POTS, etc. I do find that Buoy keeps me feeling more balanced, especially during the dry summer months. I feel less concerned about maintaining hydration, and I actually love the taste—to me it makes every drink better! I also like the option of having a hydrating beverage without the additives and sugars of other mixes.

Having used the original Buoy for a couple years, I have been surprised by the proliferation of new products in their lineup—I hope that they are not going the way of nutrition trends and do maintain focus on their base customers and the integrity of their products. If I had one concern about the company, it would be their responsiveness to inquiries. I once emailed twice regarding an order, and never heard back. :( However, overall I am very impressed with this product and the benefits it has afforded my daily routine.
