My bad for not reading that well, but I didn’t notice this product has caffeine. I’m very sensitive to caffeine, and I think I probably also used too much because I was shaking like a leaf! If you can handle caffeine, it’s probably great, but if you can’t, I’d recommend choosing one of the other formulas!

These drops are a great way to get an afternoon pick me up. No crash, no jitters and while getting trace minerals.
I do enjoy these drops and love the concept of adding them to anything. When I have used them I noticed a general more refreshed feeling which has been nice. BUT— you have to be careful to not over squeeze. Or you should opt in to putting them in to a very flavorful drink. When I tried them in water, it had a noticeable vitamin flavor (think the old flinstones vitamins), and have even noticed the taste when I may have squeezed too generously in a Coke. TLDR: a good product but there is a slight flavor!
