I took a bottle of these electrolytes on a cruise with me and the they kept my family well hydrated throughout all the busy activities we had planned. I have been using them every day since then. An added bonus is that my daughter who is very picky with her electrolyte drinks will actually use them. I will be ordering from Buoy again!

i am not having as much nausea as I used too! I can’t wait to see how this affects my bloodwork in a few months. I am still having bowel issues maybe I am not taking enough. I read it was good for that. We will keep on taking it.

If you can make it through the burning and rather gross taste, the effects are truly worth it.

So far so good. I have only been using this for about a month so far. I feel like it's too early to really know. I use this in my morning smoothie. The taste isn't bad (but I haven't had it on its own - I just know it doesn't make my smoothie taste that much different - but i can tell). One thing i'm not too fond of is occasionally i get a teeny little chunk that doesn't feel easily chewable.... so that's not ideal, but not a dealbreaker for me. For the effects of this. I do feel like i'm a bit more regular and I've been sleeping deeper but I can't say for sure it's this suppliment. I'll revisit the rating after I've used it longer.
