If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am a chronic headache/migraine sufferer. I've been dealing with them since I was in elementary school. I do not want to be on medication for migraines. As I've gotten older I've tried to be more proactive about preventing them and have figured hydration was a part of my problem. I was on Tik Tok one night and watched an add for Buoy and figured it was worth a try. I ordered the Brain Health Drops and have found significant headache relief. After years of 3-4 headaches a week I'm down to maybe 1-2 a month. I add Buoy to all my beverages. There is a slight taste to the Brain Health Drops but I'm to the point where I don't notice it anymore.
