I just got diagnosed with POTs and needed to increase my sodium intake. Figured I'd try these and see if they really make a difference and I noticed I was having fewer episodes.

It is definitely helpful when my POTs acts up. As someone who works in a building that can't carry glass the glass container is inconvenient and I have to switch it to a different container. Besides that salt works great!
