Add 1 serving to food, water or directly to tongue and follow with water.
Note: Rainforest Reds doesn’t dissolve fully in water—and that’s a good thing!

Add to beverages
Add to any non-dairy drink—try in water, tea or smoothies.
Keep hot drinks below 175°F to avoid nutrient loss.
Add to tongue
Add 1 serving directly to your mouth then follow with water.
Add to food
Sprinkle 1 serving on fruit, oats, toast, or non-dairy alternatives.
Note: Avoid adding to dairy. Rainforest Reds contain a protein that binds to live antioxidants, reducing the nutrients you absorb.
