Initially, I was uncertain what to think about the rescue salt, but I love it. The grains are very tiny, and I add to each meal or I dip in my fingertip and lick it off, lol. This feels good to me! Also my physical therapist diagnosed me awhile back with Orthostatic hypotension & suggested I increase salt intake. I prefer this version of salt 😊
