This salt has literally been a life saver for me! I love that I can easily scoop out a serving or two in a small bag or tiny jar to keep in my purse without needing to bring a whole squeeze bottle. They mix easily into any beverage, and I very quickly feel the effects. I’m very prone to heat-related illnesses, and adding buoy has been so hugely impactful for me. Would definitely recommend!

Between these and my rescue drops they have helped me tremendously with my adrenal failure, hypothalamic disorder. I have suffered with eating disorders for years and it’s stripped the body. These salts have helped my body stay hydrated and help the cells restart. I cannot drink my water without salt or my drops!! So glad these products exist!!
