Excellent

Keeps migraines at bay

As someone who lives in one of the hottest cities in the USA, I know how hard it can be to stay hydrated, and how much worse migraines can be when I am dehydrated. These are a game changer! I put a pinch in my water bottle every time I refill it and have been able to rescue myself repeatedly 😉
