I didn’t think I would notice much of a difference in mental clarity from these. I was wrong! These really seem to help fight brain fog! I’m definitely reordering these!
I started using Buoy Brain Health Drops in April of 2025. I’ve suffered from migraines since 2015 and dehydration has been my biggest issue when it comes to triggering my migraines. I tried other different electrolytes and hate how they’re just limited to adding to water and sometimes the flavors aren’t that great. With Buoy I love that I can add it to any drink and it’s so much easier to stay hydrated. I’ve had significantly less headaches and the severity of my monthly migraines have decreased too.
I absolutely love these. My MIL put me onto them and the digestive drops and they have actually made a positive impact on my life. I can feel that I've been better able to keep my focus for longer, and can keep on task more easily when I use these. Truly, Buoy is doing great things!
I normally had electrolytes with my water, but didn’t like the previous brands I tried because they were so expensive and packed with sugar. I found buoy in an ad on Facebook and have been using their electrolytes for about a month and they’re awesome. I use the brain health drops once a day in between my other drops and it’s been helping keep me from getting dehydrated when my stomach is bothering me, and I get to feel good knowing I’m doing something good for my brain :)
