We want you to love every squeeze – that's why we offer new customers a 30-day money back guarantee on their first order.

Only applicable to a new customer’s first order.

Refund must be requested within 30-days of product delivery. Requests initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
- For “1-Month Supply”, or “Single Unit Add-On” of any of our products, no product return is necessary to qualify for a full refund.

For “3-Month Supply”, or “6-Month Supply” of any of our products, unopened, full-sized, consumable products must be returned to qualify for a refund.
- If 50%+ of total product ordered is unopened and returned, a 100% refund will be issued.
- If 26%-49% of total product ordered is unopened and returned, a 50% refund will be issued.
- If <=25% of total product ordered is unopened and returned, or there is no unopened product to return, a 25% refund will be issued.
- If we have not received your return within 30-days of the date the return was authorized by Buoy’s Customer Service Team, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Please allow 10-business days once the return has arrived at our warehouse for return processing and approval.

Returned items will be inspected – if they are opened or damaged, they will be rejected and disqualified for a refund.

Non-consumable and sample-sized free gift items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Returned items that are approved will qualify for the appropriate refund amount.

Email hello@justaddbuoy.com with subject “30-Day Money Back Guarantee”. Include your name, order number, and number of items being returned (if applicable) to request your refund/return.
- If items are being returned, Buoy will provide a prepaid return shipping label, free of charge.
- Please note, we are a small team so it may take up to 10-business days to process your request.

Merch items and limited-release sale items (like the "Best of Buoy Bundle" from a Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale) are considered final and are ineligible for refund or return.
Subscription Forgiveness Policy
We understand that life can be busy and hectic at times, especially when managing a chronic health condition – that’s why we offer our Subscription Forgiveness Policy:
If you forgot to pause or cancel your subscription order before it was processed, we will allow you to return the unopened package for a refund, less a $10 fee.
Terms & Conditions:
- Only unopened packages are eligible. Once the original package is opened, the order is no longer eligible to be returned.
- Subscription Forgiveness return requests must be submitted within 7-days of product delivery. Requests initiated after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
- To request your return, email hello@justaddbuoy.com with subject “Subscription Forgiveness”. Include your name and order number in the body of the email.
- If we have not received your return within 30-days of the date the return was authorized by Buoy’s Customer Service Team, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Please allow 10-business days once the return has arrived at our warehouse for return processing and approval.

Returned items will be inspected – if the original package has been opened, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

Any refund issued will be for the full amount paid for the order, less a $10 fee that covers the expenses Buoy incurs to provide a prepaid return shipping label and restock returned product.
- Each customer can leverage the Subscription Forgiveness Policy a maximum of twice. If requested more than twice, the return request will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for managing their active subscriptions. Requesting a return under this policy will not automatically pause or cancel future orders of your active subscription (unless explicitly requested by customer at the time of the return request).
Damaged Goods Policy
If you unluckily received damaged goods, we’ll gladly send out a replacement free of charge. Email a picture of the damaged goods to hello@justaddbuoy.com along with your name and order number and we’ll have replacement product on its way in no time.
General Return Policy
Outside of our New Customer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, Subscription Forgiveness Policy and Damaged Goods Policy, all sales are considered final and are ineligible for return.
Order Modification Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details of their order (name, shipping address, billing information, etc.) are accurate before placing their order, and if needed, updated in their subscription profile before a recurring order is created.
Once an order is created, it cannot be cancelled or modified and is subject to our New Customer 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy, Subscription Forgiveness Policy, Damaged Goods Policy, or General Return Policy.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
- Customers may pause, skip, or cancel their subscription(s) at any time.

Customers are responsible for managing their active subscriptions. As a courtesy, Buoy will send an email up to five (5) days in advance of your upcoming subscription order to allow time for you to pause, modify, or cancel an upcoming subscription order.

- Once an order is created, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
