I bought BOUY to help with my hydration m. I have a history of kidney stones my doctor said I am not drinking enough water. I added BOUY to see if it would help . I feel better knowing I am helping my health. I suffer from stomach issues from the medication I take to deal with chronic fatigue and chronic pain. I also have cirrhosis of the liver due to diabetes. Just to share my experiences diabetes is the cause of my cirrhosis. My doctor said it is a silent killer. I would like to encourage people to take the steps necessary to get a test done for your liver health

I don't ever leave reviews on product websites, but Buoy's electrolyte drops are so great that I'm caving and doing it. I really struggle to stay hydrated, but it turns out that makes a big difference in how I feel. I tried a number of other electrolyte supplements, and I loathed every single one of them--plus, they didn't feel especially effective. I also tried adding a pinch of good quality sea salt to my water, and while that was definitely helpful, it wasn't helpful enough. I was excited that Buoy has no flavor (and it really does have no flavor--though if you double the dose, sometimes there's a quite pleasant, very mild salt flavor, which actually enhances some flavored drinks, in the way that salt enhances flavor!), so I thought I'd give it a try, and I'm happy to say it's made a dramatic difference in how well I actually hydrate and how I feel. Great product--I just signed up for a subscription.

When I moved from 6,000 ft to 10,000 I started using buoy and I loved not having to mix packets all day long with water. Now that I am also on a GLP-1 it is an absolute game changer. I honestly don’t think I could live without these hydration drops.
